All of our custom knives start with a design decided on by the client. After finalizing the design process, each blade is forged from a piece of 52100 ball-bearing steel. Once the shape and bevels have been refined on the grinder, the knife goes through a meticulous heat-treating process to ensure maximum strength and hardness. Next, the blade is put through the final grind, polished, and sharpened to a razor edge. Finally, each blade is packaged in a custom sheath before being shipped to the client.
